Northborough's online property card database has been updated with the latest values for 2012.
After extensive review of market activity it is important to note that FY2012 values for single family homes are based on valid sales activity over a 2 year period from July 1, 2009 to June 30, 2011. This was necessary to be in compliance with the 2% minimum requirements of the Department of Revenue's total count of all single family homes.
There were enough condominium sales in 2010 to be in compliance with the states 2% minimum requirements. Therefore FY2012 values for condominium are based on sales activity from January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2010.
